Mark Rosenberg
Mark Rosenberg is a financial executive with over 35 years of business and professional experience.

Mr. Rosenberg obtained his education and professional training in the United Kingdom and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.  His professional background began with several years of international experience with major public accounting firms, achieving partner status.  Mr. Rosenberg was also a leader in staff training.

After leaving public accounting Mr. Rosenberg worked for N.A.T.O. in Europe, with responsibility for financial and operational audits.  In 1980 he moved to the U.S. where he has held a number of financial management and executive positions in public and private organizations.

Vince Imani
Vince Imani, a strategic business development veteran with more than 25 years of experience.

Mr. Imani’s professional background includes experience in marketing, sales, public relations, strategic planning, operations (Hi-Tech.) and overall business development and management in the public and private sectors. He  earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management, a degree in computer programming and systems analysis; and a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management with an emphasis in Organizational Development.  Mr. Imani has held a number of executive and high-level management positions in both public and private corporations.

Over the span of his career, Mr. Imani has been interviewed and published by hundreds of regional, national and international publications; his live and recorded interviews have been broadcasted over the air regionally, nationally and globally as well.   Mr. Imani has written a number of articles that have received similar attention from the media.  He has given lectures and taught at both the graduate and undergraduate level, specializing in management, marketing and economics.  Mr. Imani is an accomplished classical guitar player and maintains a strong interest in the arts with a particular affinity for classical and modern music.

KERRY P. STIDHAM, JD, LREB

Kerry Stidham has over 25 years of strong and diverse government and commercial contract management experience. His legal counsel experience is in a wide range of areas including Environmental, Water, Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, Transportation, Real Estate and Insurance.  Mr. Stidham has been involved in different aspects of managing contracts as legal counsel, legal analysis and risk management of contracts and projects well over $100 million, world wide.  He was a member of Legal Committee of the Hollister Ranch Owners Association during litigation with oil companies over property rights and currently is a Board Member of California Board of Realty (Santa Ynez Valley, Pismo Coast, Lompoc Valley.)

LEROY H. BECKER

Mr. Becker is a marketing and business development consultant. His business, Becker & Associates, Inc. furnishes management and marketing services to medical and high-tech companies from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. These services include corporate strategies, market planning, promotional campaigns as well as sales and distribution systems.

Since graduating in mathematics and electrical engineering from the University of Texas, Mr. Becker has continually studied business and marketing theory and practice.
